What is the rental rate?

Our rental rate is $300 for the first 2 hours. Each additional hour is $100.

Do you deliver to any location?

We deliver anywhere within a 20-mile radius of ZIP code 89107 in Las Vegas at no additional charge.
For events located outside of this area, there is a $2 per mile (one way) travel fee.

What is included in the rental package?

Our package includes our custom-built mobile arcade trailer featuring 4 arcade-style basketball hoops, LED lighting, a built-in sound system, and basketballs for gameplay.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The balance is due 7 days before your event.

What is your cancellation policy?

• 7+ days’ notice → full refund

• 2–7 days’ notice → credit toward a future booking

• Less than 48 hours’ notice → deposit forfeited

Can the mobile arcade be set up indoors?

Yes — Hoop works both indoors and outdoors, as long as the venue allows entry and has the proper space available.

How much space is required?

We require a flat, solid space at least 10 ft tall, 8.5 ft wide, and 18 ft long. Clearance for towing access is also needed. Ideal surfaces are concrete, asphalt, or level grass.

Does the trailer need power?

Yes. We require a standard outlet within 100 ft. If power is not accessible, Hoop will provide a small gas-powered generator to ensure smooth operation of the trailer.

Do you provide staff to run the arcade?

Our standard rental is self-service: we set up, show you how everything works, and return at the end of your event.
If you’d like Hoop staff onsite during the event, this can be arranged upon request and tailored to your needs.

What if I need extra time?

Our minimum is 2 hours, but you can add hours for $100 per hour. Additional hours can be arranged in advance or added during your event if our schedule allows.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, online payment, cash, and checks. Secure payment details will be provided during booking.

Is there an age limit for players?

Hoop is fun for all ages! We recommend ages 6 and up for best play. Younger children are welcome with adult supervision.

What happens if it rains or gets too hot/windy?

Hoop operates rain or shine, and the play area is shielded from light rain.
For extreme heat or high winds, we may pause or reschedule for safety. We’ll work with you to find the best option.

Can Hoop be booked for corporate, school, or festival events?

Absolutely! Hoop is perfect for corporate events, schools, churches, fundraisers, team-building, festivals, and private parties.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially during spring, summer, and holiday seasons.

Do you offer discounts?

Are you insured?

Yes, Hoop Las Vegas carries full liability insurance. Certificates of Insurance (COI) are available upon request for your venue.
